Excluded Items: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items marked as final sale. These sales are final.

Return Procedure

Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: Carefully pack the item and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 15 days.
Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned item, with no restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired one.
